It’s been so lovely to see the children’s enthusiasm to get straight back into our outdoor learning this week.
At the end of January the RSPB will be launching the Big Garden Birdwatch so here at St Mary’s the children will be taking part in the Big School Bird Watch on the 27th. Over the next month in Forest School we will be focusing our learning on birds in the build up to the Bird Watch. We have started by making bird feeders which we hope will encourage the birds to visit our Forest School site, we also spent time investigating our collection of real bird nests.
