Hi Class 4,
Hope that you are well. It was so nice to see you all on the GoogleMeet yesterday. You all looked so well and happy. I am sorry that I couldn't logon properly- hopefully next week I will have some more success.
This is your work for the next couple of days. Please remember to let me know how you are getting on and please send me through the work that you have completed.
Please stay safe.

After planning the next part of The Little Shoe Maker at the start of the week, today we are going to be writing it. Use your plan to help you with the structure of the story. You might want to think about what happens to Mr Botte? Could his rival seller come back? How will he get revenge? Like in the last part of the video will a new seller arrive? What will happen now? It is up to you to decide.
Once you have drafted out the next part of your story I would like you to write up your final version of the whole story. Ensure that you have purple polished your entire story to ensure it makes sense. Check your work against the checklist ensuring you have included all of the features. Take care to think about how your work could be presented. Suggested ideas could be making it into a book, word processing it or even making in a PowerPoint presentation. I look forward to seeing your work.
Checklist: -Fronted adverbials -Figurative language -Relative Clauses - Powerful adjectives and verbs -Speech -Paragraphs for TIPTOP

Science This term we will be working scientifically by conducting a range of fun experiments and then trying to draw some conclusions from what we have done. Each activity is straight forward to do starting with Experiment 3 Paper Boomerang in the attached pack. Once you have completed it why not fill in the grid on Google Classrooms explaining what you did and what you found out.
