Problem solving
We’re really enjoying White Rose Maths in Class 2. Year 1 have been starting to problem solve in maths this week by looking for the missing numbers and working out whether statements are true or false.
Football skills
So far this half term we’ve been learning the skills needed to play football. We spent a week learning to dribble the ball, then we learnt to pass it, aim it and this week we’ve been trying to take it off of each other as we’re moving.
God creator of the World!

I’ve got a body, a very busy body!
This week we have been learning all about the body! Nursery have been enjoying building the body and also taking part in roel play in our doctors surgery! We have been learning new vocabulary like skeleton, frame and muscles.
Flying like eagles with our letter formation!
Reception have been learning about the sounds s,a,t and p in monster phonics this week. They have been flying like eagles and choosing to practice writing the letters for these sounds in their learning through play time.
We had a lovely walk to church and explored the garden!
