Class one walked to Colton memorial today. We discussed how the garden is used to say thank you, show respect and remember the soldiers. We talked about the cross and poppies. We read some of the names on the cross. Then class one had a go at drawing their own cross and poppies. We showed respect and said thank you to the soldiers that have helped to protect us and keep us safe before we left.
