We have welcomed some new pre-nursery and nursery friends into school this week. We have been getting to know each other by drawing things we like and sharing these things with our friends. We have been very kind and helpful to each other. We have also used super manners. Well done class one!

Today we worked as a team to create Rocky Road to Bethlehem treats. All of the ingredients smelt delicious! Ask us what each ingredient represented! Class one put on an amazing dance and drama show today! Great teamwork and super courage shown.  Well done everyone!

We have had fun creating lots of Christmas crafts today!

We have created Christingles and talked about what all of the different parts symbolise. We are looking forward to taking them along to our Christingle service later on today.

We have use lots of different materials and tools to create nativity themed art work! 

We have used circles and triangles in our art work to recreate ‘Starry night!’

We have been learning all about road safety as part of Road Safety Awareness week this week! There has been lots of discussion about how to cross the road safely, how to travel in a car safely and how to be safe out and about at night. We have enjoyed lots of transport and road safety themed play…

We used loose parts to create rangoli patterns.

We have been learning about Diwali and creating Rangoli patterns! 

We had a super visit from Corporal Rich today! We learnt all about the day kit and we even learnt how to jump out of a plane! Thank you for visiting us!

We had a super visit to the memorial in Colton today! We looked closely at the memorial, drew it and left something special to say thank you for the soldiers service. We also looked at the church and school poppy displays.
