Some of our class had a great day at The Hart this week. They learned lots through various challenges from across the curriculum and represented school brilliantly. 

We have worked so hard on our leavers play this week. It is really coming together and we cannot wait to perform it. 

We had an inspection on Thursday. The whole school were amazing and we all behaved brilliantly, showing our guest what a wonderful school we have. We talked brilliantly to her, showed her our work and took her to church. 
We flew like eagles all day.

Our wonderful Worship team have been busy preparing for this weeks Worship with Reverend Anne. Here they are linking it to our big frieze God’s Rescue Mission. 

Even the Queen likes our values. 

We enjoyed collective Worship today where we reflected on our wonderful Queen and the peace she brings to our country. 

We have worked so hard to raise money for our Greenpower race day. 

Today we read the fist part of the story of Lazarus. Mr Wynn taught us about where Jesus showed compassion by putting himself into the shoes of Lazarus' family. We try to do this at St Mary's so we can understand how others are feeling. 

This week we have completed  the body work on our Greenpower racing cars. They look amazing. Year 6 have been working extra hard as their SATs approach. In Worship we looked at our learning tools and how important they are to help us succeed. 

Today The Howard children taught us all about compassion through the brilliant work of Marcus Rashford and his free school meals campaign.
