School of Rock
In music today we have been learning about rhythm and beats. We clapped out the beat to the famous song ‘We Will Rock You’ by Queen. We had a little help from some of our wannabe rockstars!!!
Fly me to the Moon …
In history we have been learning about the moon landings so in English we have based our writing on the book ‘Man on the Moon’ by Simon Bartram. Today we flew to space and imagined what it would be like to step on the Moon. We used drama to express our ideas.

Sound Investigation
We had great fun making and using string telephones in science this week. We learnt about how sound travels and about how sound is measured (decibels).
Salty, science-y snowflakes
Today we started an experiment that will take all week to finish.
We cut out paper snowflakes and have covered them in extremely salty water.
We hope to observe salt crystals forming on our snowflakes as the water evaporates, or dries.
