School Closure Work 13th July 2020
Good morning Class 2,
I can’t believe we’ve reached the last week of the school year already. This half term has flown by! You've all done fantastically well at home schooling and I hope you enjoy this week’s activities. You’ve all made me so proud and it’s been lovely to see the progress you’ve all made.
I’m looking forward to seeing some of you for transition on Thursday and Friday. We’ll be in our new classroom and outdoor area which I’m sure you will love.
Mrs Lott
Dear children and parents,
Well here we are. The final week of what has been the most eventful term we will ever have! I am writing to say thank you. Thank you to you wonderful children for all your hard work, your photos you have sent in and your effort at home. Thank you also to the parents who have contributed so much and allowed our little school to come out of this time of crisis. I cannot wait to have you all back in school in September. We will all remember this time for the rest of our lives and can all hold our heads high! Well done St Mary's.
With transition week this week we will hopefully see most of you but it would be great to have one last catch up with those at home. Please join us for a Google Meet on Monday at 10am. It would be great for you to bring along your best piece of work to show or a memory from your time at home. The code for the meeting is; meet.google.com/xjm-guxe-myx
just copy and paste it into your internet search bar.
Kind regards
Mr Wynn

Use the above login for Phonics Play: https://www.phonicsplay.co.uk/ Please could children complete at least one Phase 5c phonics game a day. Feel free to choose a sound for them to focus on. We have covered all of the sounds now but revision for: oi, ar, ow, ear, air and ur would be beneficial.
Phonics Bloom also has some lovely phonics games. |
It’s spelling test day! Please test your children on this week’s spellings and send me scores on Dojo message.
