Year 4 Lesson 1 and 2

For these last two weeks, I would like you to show off your writing skills in lots of different ways.

Each day you will have a different stimulus and writing focus. 

Today I would like you to use the following image to write a story. This can be a short story or a longer story and be about anything but must link to the image below in some way - the image may give you the setting, or an event in the story or could even tell you what characters you are going to have in your story. 

I'd like you to be as creative as possible and I would love to see what you have done! Please complete your work on Google Drive and share it with myself when you have completed it.

Once you have completed this, please have a go at the harry potter quiz on google classroom.

Pick something we have learnt about this year.

It could be World War One, Volcanoes, Anglo-Saxons etc. You can either create a presentation (power point or poster) of some of the information you still remember or you can write a non-chronological report about that topic.

I'd love to see what you can remember but feel free to do a bit more research too!
