Exploring ice!

Class one have been exploring ice! We used words to describe the ice. We looked at how the ice changed and melted back into water. We used vocabulary like; freezing, cold, hard, wet, slippy. We drew our observations and compared the ice inside and outside. The ice inside melted quicker than the ice outside. We decided that because our classroom was warmer with the radiators that’s is why our ice inside melted fasted. We talked about ice in our drinks, on the car windscreen and a frozen lake. So much learning about ice!
